Ontology MainNet v2.4.3 and Consensus Nodes were upgraded on Apr 17, 2023, with various new features for users and developers.

• Ontology MainNet has updated to V2.4.3
• We are 100% done with the optimization of the snapshot of the call of Ontology EVM contract.
• We are 100% done with the optimization of the interface of the governance contract.
• We are 70% done with the high ledger memory usage optimization.
• We are 70% done with the EVM bloom bit index optimization.
• We are 55% done with the optimization of ONT staking liquidity.

• Alchemy Platform has ONT ID on their dApp listings.

• Excited to build with all the #TopGoshenGears and see what the future holds for the Goshen ecosystem.

• Continuing our ‘Meet the Team’ series, we’re very pleased to ask several team members and Ontology Harbingers a few questions.

• It’s time for our latest #OWN101, as part of our #OWNInsights series. We brought the definition of “Block”, ”Blockchain”, “Cryptocurrency”, and ”Signature”.

• Thrilled to partner with buidlbee by holding an exciting Twitter Space NFT Giveaway event!

• We held a ‘state of Layer2’s’ TwitterSpace with an all-star panel, including Humpty Calderon, bartek.eth, tree girl and Issac.

• We were excited to be mentioned in the future of DigitalID by zkSync Insider! Discover ONTID, Ontology’s cross-chain DID solution, for seamless, secure, and user-friendly identity management.

Product Development

• ONTO has updated to v4.5.0, and added support for the OKB chain, Velas chain.
• Added LSD staking in the Earn section.
• Support for Moonriver/Solana network token pairs in Swap.
• Support for transactions using ENS names.
• Support for transactions using SPACEID names.
• Improved node features.
• ONTO has partnered with Hope, Hamster, Yuri AI, Zetos, Rollup Finance, Web3shot and PheasantSwap.

• ONTO joined a twitterspace event with Orbiter Finance.

• ONTO, together with Web3 Shot, held a giveaway event.

On-Chain Activity

• 161 total dApps on MainNet as of April 30th, 2023.
• 7,499,731 total dApp-related transactions on MainNet, an increase of 60,827 from last month.
• 18,625,852 total transactions on MainNet, an increase of 123,904 from last month.

Community Growth & Bounties

• This month, several Ontology Community Calls and discussions were held on Discord, Telegram and Twitter, focusing on topics such as “The problems solved by Layer 2 and some notable projects built on the current Layer 2 protocol”, “Many use-cases of DID in daily life” and “ How Oracles matters to Web3?”. Community members actively shared their views, and participants also got the chance to win Loyal Member NFTs.
• We held our Monthly Quiz led by Ontology Harbinger Benny. Community members actively raised questions and shared 100 ONG rewards.
• Sri Lanka Community launched a Wallpaper design competition, members showed their talents in design.
